SHOPPER FAQ’s:
What should I bring with me to shop?
Bring something to help you carry your items. A rolling cart or large reusable bag works well. We will have a limited supply of large reusable bags that you can use while shopping as well.
There will be a lot to look through. Please consider leaving the kids at home. If you must bring a stroller, please use the small umbrella-type. Large strollers can block aisles for other shoppers.
Stick a pen in your purse so that you can write your name, etc on our LARGE ITEM hold tickets.
What if I want to purchase a large-sized item?
Larger sized items will have LARGE ITEM hold tickets on them – there is a spot to write in your name, phone #, date/time. After filling in the info, remove the barcode tag & stub from the bottom of the hold ticket. You will use this stub to pay for the item when you checkout.
After you checkout, go back & get the large item from the sales floor, show your stub marked “PAID” at the exit door and take the item out to your car.
*** YOU MUST WRITE YOUR NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND THE TIME ON THE HOLD TAG TO “HOLD” AND TO PAY FOR THE ITEM. NO NAME = NO HOLD, so bring a pen!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards. Sorry, no checks.
All sales are final.
How can I get in to shop before you open to the general public?
We hold private pre-sale shopping events for our Volunteers and Consignors. New Volunteers & Consignors are always welcome! Visit our Volunteer and Consignor pages for more info.
