ONLINE PRE-SALE SHOPPING:

*** Sign up to get a ticket for a passcode that will allow you to enter the shopping site – before we open to the public on December 5th.

*** A passcode and link to the site will be emailed & texted to pre-sale ticket holders ONE HOUR in advance of their shopping time. Please make sure your email & mobile number are entered correctly to ensure you will receive the passcode.

*** All purchases must be picked up Dec 11th at the Shrewsbury City Center (5200 Shrewsbury Ave 63119). Day & evening times will be available. Purchases will be donated if not picked up by end of day on the 11th.

*** Payment through the shopping site will include M/C, Visa, Apple Pay and more. All items are paid for at time of purchase.

How do I get the items I buy from the online sale?

Purchases will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, December 11th at the Shrewsbury City Center (5200 Shrewsbury Ave, 63119). Day & evening hours will be available.
Purchases not picked up by end of day on the 11th will be donated.
Be sure to use the SAME EMAIL address each time you checkout online, so that we can bundle all your orders together for an easy pick-up.

How can I be confident about purchasing items online?

You will have an opportunity to inspect your purchases when you pick them up at the Shrewsbury City Center on Dec 11th.
With a valid complaint, you are able to return / refuse merchandise at pick-up that does not meet our quality standards or if the item doesn’t match its description.
Valid complaints include: clothing with stains, rips, or broken zippers/clasps / dirty or with smells / items without working batteries / games with missing pieces integral to play / electronic items or toys that do not work
Items with “buyer’s remorse” issues will not be returned or refunded.
Once items leave the building, all sales are final.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4TH:

Text Club Pre-sale: *FREE* Receive a passcode to enter the online shopping site at 2:00 pm.
* Passcode will work at any time from 2:00 pm until we open to the public at 10:00 am on Thursday, December 5th.

Heroes + Teachers Pre-sale: *FREE* Receive a passcode to enter the online shopping site at 4:00 pm.
* Passcode will work at any time from 4:00 pm until we open to the public at 10:00 am on Thursday, December 5th.
* Must be a Hero or Teacher.

Facebook + Instagram Fans Pre-sale: *FREE* Receive a passcode to enter the online shopping site at 6:00 pm.
* Passcode will work at any time from 6:00 pm until we open to the public at 10:00 am on Thursday.
* Must “Like / Follow” our Facebook or Instagram page.

A limited number of tickets will be available.

Each ticket good for one person to enter at the designated time.

All who enter must have a ticket.

All ticket sales final, no refunds.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24th, 2024

2:00 pm: Earliest Bird ticket holders enter ($15.00) (enter any time between 2pm-8pm)
4:00 pm: Earlier Bird ticket holders enter ($10.00) (enter any time between 4pm-8pm)
6:00 pm: Early Bird ticket holders enter ($5.00) (enter any time between 6pm-8pm)

*** Doors close to new shoppers at 8:00pm.

We are requesting that children be left home during the “Early-Bird Pre-sale” when possible.

If you need to bring a child, they must have a ticket to enter.

Children young enough to be worn in a carrier or stay in a stroller do not need a ticket. Children without a ticket must stay in a carrier or stroller while inside the venue.

All minors who enter must remain with an adult at all times. Responsible adult is required to ensure minors are in compliance with all social distancing and mask requirements. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are happy to open any item and let you inspect it before purchasing, just ask!

* We accept CASH and Mastercard / Visa / Discover (4% surcharge on all non-cash payments)

* We will provide a limited number of large shopping bags for your use while shopping. Consider bringing your own bags etc for hands-free shopping.
