We will be taking walk-in shoppers all day Saturday, 4/17 10am-4pm.
Walk-in’s may have a short wait to get in if we reach our capacity.
No ticket NEEDED: We will also be taking walk-in shoppers (without a ticket) during all open-to-the-public sale times.
However, walk-in’s may need to wait in line outside until the number of shoppers in the building is under capacity.

* We are requesting that only one shopper per household attend and that children be left home if possible. All minors who enter must remain with an adult at all times. Responsible adult must ensure that the minors with them are in compliance with all social distancing and mask requirements.
* We will not provide shopping bags. Bring your own bag. We’ll have a limited amount of new ‘blue ikea bags’ on hand for purchase for $1, should you forget a bag.
FREE “Guaranteed-entry” Pre-sale Tickets:
Don’t wait in line to get in the building!
We have a ticketed entry system so we can monitor and limit capacity in the building.
There is no charge for tickets during our open-to-the-public sale times.
Pre-registering for free tickets guarantees your entry at the time on the ticket (all who enter with you must have a ticket, including children, more info below).

All who enter must have a ticket (including children).
We are requesting that only one shopper per household attend and that children be left home when possible.
If you need to bring a child, they must have their own ticket to enter with you as they count against our capacity requirement.
Children young enough to be worn in a carrier or stay in a stroller do not need a ticket. Children without a ticket must stay in a carrier or stroller while inside the venue.

MASKS and SOCIAL DISTANCING: Please be aware, mask wearing is a requirement of St. Louis County and of our contract with the Kennedy Rec Complex. Any time you will be in the building, please bring along a mask. We will have a limited amount of masks available if you forget yours.
Hand sanitizer will be provided at entry and exit (and by request).
We will be observing ‘social-distancing’ protocol to every extent possible. Check out lines and cashier stations will be distanced apart. Aisles will be wide.
