Seller Agreement:

CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT:

The Stork Lady LLC owns and operates a resale event business in the state of Missouri and works to sell certain personal property items owned by the sellers.

It is understood that all items I am consigning are my own personal, gently-used items.

All clothing items I am consigning are in good condition, clean and with no holes or stains, are current styles from the past 3 years, and are ready for resale.  

All other items (toys, baby gear, etc) I am consigning are in good condition, are clean and recently wiped down, have all pieces securely attached, and are ready for resale.

All games, puzzles, toys etc include all integral parts.

All items requiring batteries have working batteries installed. 

I have visited the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s web site to verify that all items I am consigning are not on the CPSC recall list.  http://www.cpsc.gov/

I understand that items remaining on 50%-off sale discount days will be sold at 50% off the listed price if I have selected the “discount” designation when listing the item.

As the consignor/seller, I understand that I assume the risk of damage, theft or loss of my items.  Although The Stork Lady LLC does not anticipate these incidents and makes every effort to ensure they are avoided, The Stork Lady LLC is not liable for any damage to or loss of the items left for consignment from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to flood, fire or theft and will not reimburse for these items.

A $12 consignor registration fee is paid in advance at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

The Stork Lady agrees to pay Consignors 60% of the selling price of their sold items.

An additional 10-15% of the selling price of sold items can be earned by completing scheduled work shifts. Workshifts are optional and not required.

I understand that I will receive my percentage of my sold items’ selling prices within two weeks of the close of this event.

I understand by registering for this sale, I will be included in a text message service with the purpose of reminding me of pertinent sale information and promotions.

You will receive notifications and reminders about consigning, the schedule & other updates to help you succeed as a seller with us.
