Seller Agreement:

CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT:

It is understood that all items I am consigning are my own personal, gently-used items.

All clothing items I am consigning are in good condition, clean and with no holes or stains, are current styles from the past 3 years, and are ready for resale.  

All other items (toys, baby gear, etc) I am consigning are in good condition, are clean and recently wiped down, have all pieces securely attached, and are ready for resale.

All games, puzzles, toys etc include all integral parts. 

All items requiring batteries have working batteries installed.  

I have visited the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s web site to verify that all items I am consigning are not on the CPSC recall list.  http://www.cpsc.gov/

I understand that my items will be carefully inspected when they are dropped off at the sale site during my scheduled Drop-off Appointment time. 

Any items that do not adhere to the above standards and guidelines will be either returned to me (Traditional Drop-off Appointment) or immediately donated (Drive-thru Drop-off Appointment).

I understand that items remaining on 50%-off sale discount days will be sold at 50% off the tagged price if the computer-generated words “DISCOUNT: YES” are printed above the price on the item’s tag.

All items and pieces-and-parts of items found without a tag or consignor number will be held at lost & found.  Consignors will have access to these items at pick-up. All items left unclaimed at consignor pick-up will be donated or disposed of.

I understand that I will pick-up any unsold items at my discretion, during the designated pick-up times at the end of the event.  I understand if I DO NOT claim my unsold items during scheduled pick-up times, they will become the property of The Stork Lady LLC and will be donated to local charities or disposed of.

As the consignor/seller, I understand that I assume the risk of damage, theft or loss of my items.  Although The Stork Lady LLC does not anticipate these incidents and makes every effort to ensure they are avoided, The Stork Lady LLC is not liable for any damage to or loss of the items left for consignment from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to flood, fire or theft and will not reimburse for these items.

The Stork Lady agrees to pay Consignors 60% of the selling price of their sold items.
Consignors who COMPLETE 4 volunteer hours will receive 70% of the selling price of their sold items.
Consignors who COMPLETE 8 or more volunteer hours will receive 75% of the selling price of their sold items.

I understand that a check for my percentage of my sold items’ selling prices will be mailed within two weeks of the close of this event.
