 KIDS & BABY SALE:

*** SUMMER 2012 – WHAT’S NEW FOR CONSIGNORS ***

  • ALL SEASONS OF CLOTHING will be accepted at the July 2012 Kids sale.
Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter styles will all be accepted.
  • NOTE YOUR RESORT NUMBER (automatically prints in the lower right corner of each of your tags): At the close of the sale, we ‘resort’ each consignor’s unsold items back into consignor number order. This process makes it very easy for our consignor’s to pick up their unsold items.  However, this process requires much time, energy and manpower. In an effort to streamline this process, every time a consignor registers for one of our events, they are assigned a unique “Resort Code”. This Code will automatically print in the LOWER RIGHT CORNER of each tag printed.Note that any tags printed for STORK LADY EVENTS PRIOR TO JULY 2012 (ie tags on items that did not sell in prior sales & you plan on bringing them back to sell at the JULY 2012 sale), will not have the correct “Resort Code” number for the current sale. To correct this, you must ‘white out’ and write in the CORRECT Resort Code for the current sale on all tags on items that you bring from PREVIOUS sales (ie the tags were entered and printed PRIOR to registering for the July 2012 sale). Alternatively, you have the option of printing labels with the correct Resort Code, to stick on your tags and cover old Resort Codes. (When you log-in to work with your inventory, you will see the option to “Print Stickers”. You can then use these printed labels (stickers) to place in the lower right corner of all tags you are bringing that may have been printed for prior sales. (Use Avery Return Address size labels: http://tinyurl.com/7affmtw.)*** NOTE:  You do not need to be concerned about ‘Resort Codes’ for any items that have tags that are marked to be “DONATED” if they do not sell.If you are planning on picking up your ‘unsold’ items: It is critical that all tags brought to the July 2012 sale have your CURRENT Resort Code number on them.
