KIDS & BABY SALE:
*** FALL 2012 – WHAT’S NEW FOR CONSIGNORS ***
- FALL & WINTER CLOTHING will be accepted at the FALL 2012 Kids sale.
Save your Spring & Summer clothing for our SPRING 2013 sale.
- ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED at our Kids sales:
Adult items (save these for our September Adult sale!)
- NOTE YOUR RESORT NUMBER (automatically prints in the lower right corner of each of your tags): At the close of the sale, we ‘SORT’ all the unsold items into groupings for each individual consignor. This process makes it very easy for our consignors to pick up their unsold items.
However, this process requires much time, energy and manpower. In an effort to streamline this process, every time a consignor registers for one of our events, they are assigned a unique “Resort Number”.
This Resort Number will automatically print in the LOWER RIGHT CORNER of each tag printed. Note that any tags printed for STORK LADY EVENTS PRIOR TO FALL 2012 (ie tags on items that did not sell in prior sales & you plan on bringing them back to sell at the FALL 2012 sale), may not have the correct “Resort Number” for the FALL 2012 sale. To correct this, you must ‘white out’ and write in the CORRECT Resort Number for the current sale on all tags on items that you bring from PREVIOUS sales (ie the tags that were entered and printed PRIOR to registering for the FALL 2012 sale).
Alternatively, you have the option of printing labels with the correct Resort Number, to adhere to your tags, covering the older, incorrect Resort Number. (When you log-in to work with your inventory, you will see the option to “Print Stickers”. You can then use these printed labels (stickers) to place in the lower right corner of all tags you are bringing that may have been printed for prior sales. (Use Avery Return Address size labels: http://tinyurl.com/7affmtw.)*** NOTE: You do not need to be concerned about ‘Resort Numbers’ for any items that have tags that are marked to be “DONATED” if they do not sell. Resort Numbers only apply to items you are planning on picking up at the close of the sale if they remain ‘unsold’.***NOTE #2: The earlier you register for the upcoming sale, the better chance you have of being assigned the SAME resort number that you had at the previous sale. The system WILL attempt to give you the same resort number, however, if it has already been assigned to a NEW consignor, it will assign you a NEW resort code for the upcoming sale.
